Your role

We are currently looking for Miners for Skrotningen, which is part of Kiruna Mine Rasbrytning. The task of Skrotningen is to make the rock safe for people to be in and ensure that production can continue.

Your main tasks:

• Safety inspections of fixed installations, slopes, and rockfall areas underground
• Scrapping with rig and by hand from scrap platforms
• Removing nets and hoses in production areas and covering drill holes for concrete spraying
• Flushing hanging
• Watering to combat dust
• Cleaning drilled rock crowns
• Addressing urgent work

You will work together with colleagues and other workgroups, so it is important that you enjoy collaborating with others.

• Complete high school diploma or equivalent (requirement)
• Driver's license B for manual transmission (requirement)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (requirement)
• C license is an advantage
• Previous experience in mining is an advantage
